Swasti is a subscription dev agency. For one fixed monthly fee we handle your tech: websites, web and mobile apps, bug fixes, integrations, hosting and DevOps. You add requests to a shared board and we work through them, with every piece of work reviewed by a senior lead.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $399 a month for Care (maintenance and small updates), $1,499 a month for Build (unlimited requests, one active at a time) and $2,999 a month for Scale (two active requests and senior engineers). Prices are also shown in EUR, GBP, INR, CAD and AUD on the pricing page. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable.

What does “unlimited requests” mean?

You can add as many requests to your board as you like. We work on one at a time on Build (two on Scale) and move to the next as soon as one is approved. Big requests are broken into smaller pieces so you see progress every couple of days.

Who actually does the work?

A vetted network of contract developers, designers and DevOps engineers, matched to each request by skill. Your project lead scopes the work, reviews every change before it reaches you, and stays your single point of contact.

You do. Once your subscription for the period is paid, all code and assets we create for you are yours. Work happens in your repositories and accounts wherever possible.

Is there anything you won't take on?

We don't do work that's unlawful or harmful, and very large builds with hard deadlines may be better as a fixed-scope project, which we can quote separately. If something is outside what a plan can handle, we'll tell you upfront.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time and your plan won't renew; work continues until the end of the paid month. You can also pause and keep your unused days for later.

This policy explains what personal information Swasti (Swasti) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.

What we collect

Contact details you share when you message us on WhatsApp or email us: your name, phone number, email address and business details.
Project materials you share so we can do the work, such as code, content, designs and access to your accounts or systems.
Billing details needed to process your order. Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, which collects your payment information directly. We never see or store your full card details.
Basic technical data such as anonymous page views, browser type and approximate location, used to keep this website fast and secure.
Freelancer applications: if you apply to join our network, your name, contact details, skills, portfolio links, rate and availability.

How we use it

To reply to you, scope requests, and deliver and maintain the work you ask for.
To review freelancer applications, and to assign, manage and pay contract work.
To process payments, send invoices and renewal reminders.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To improve our website and services.

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can opt out any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run Swasti, and only what they need:

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, payments, tax and invoicing.
Contract developers and designers in our network, who only get the access a specific request needs and are bound by confidentiality.
Hosting, code-hosting and project tools we use to deliver the work.
WhatsApp and email providers, to talk to you.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your users' data

If we work on systems that hold your users' personal data, that data belongs to you. We access it only as needed for your requests and only on your instructions, and you're responsible for telling your users how you use it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a customer and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted when they're no longer useful.

Security

Access to client systems is limited to the people working on a request and removed when it's no longer needed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you've given, at any time. Contact us and we'll respond promptly, in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are only those needed for the site to work.
